Deposits & Payments
We value your time & our commitment to providing exceptional service.

To streamline the booking process, certain appointments may not require a deposit, but we do require your card information to secure your reservation. This card information will be securely stored and will only be charged in the event of a No-Show or late cancellation.
​
All other appointments require a deposit amount + $2.25 non-refundable processing fee.
This deposit is mandatory to secure the appointment slot and goes towards your total cost of service.

Cancellations & Reschedules
In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so via the confirmation email you received at the time of booking no later than 48 hours prior to your appointment date

Deposits can be transferred for up to one (1) rescheduled appointment.
​
Reschedules with a transferred deposit must be booked and serviced within thirty (30) calendar days of the original appointment date.
Appointments not rescheduled within the 30-day period requires a new deposit.
Please note reschedules are not guaranteed and are only granted on a space available basis.

Late Cancellation/No-Shows

In the event of a cancellation less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment date or in case of a No-Show, the client authorizes Krowned by Kizzle to charge a 20% fee based on the total cost of the appointments that don't require a deposit.
This fee will be charged to the card provided at the time of booking or used to secure the appointment.

In the rare event that Kizzle, the hairstylist, cancels your appointment, your deposit will be refunded in full within the hour of cancellation. If the option of rescheduling is offered and accepted, the deposit will go towards your future service as a discount off the total cost of service.
Refunds
All deposits become non-refunable 48 hours after you've booked.
Due to the nature of the service provided, I do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
If you are dissatisfied with your service, please contact me within three (3) days of service date with the details of your problem/concern. The nature and circumstances of your situation will be taken into account and accommodated appropriately.
House Calls Services
Eligibility

House calls are available to clients who prefer the convenience of the stylist coming to them. Any attempt to book without meeting the travel requirements will result in cancellation.

A verified address must be provided at the time of booking, and appointments will be subject to pre-approval.
Booking and Fees

The house call service starts at a flat rate of $35, with an additional $1 per mile from the salon to the client’s location. The total travel fee will be calculated and added to the service cost.

Appointments must be booked at least 72 hours in advance to allow proper scheduling and travel arrangements.

A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total service and travel fee is required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment.
Safety and Environment

Clients must provide a clean, smoke-free, and spacious environment for the house call. The space should have adequate lighting, a sturdy chair, and sufficient room for the stylist to work comfortably.

All pets must be secured in a separate area during the service to avoid distractions or interruptions.

If there are any other individuals present during the appointment, the client must notify the stylist beforehand. Only household members or individuals involved in the service should be present.

For safety reasons, house calls will only be made to safe, well-lit, and easily accessible locations. We reserve the right to decline service if we feel the location poses a risk to the stylist’s safety.
Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. If canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, the deposit will be forfeited.

In the event that the stylist feels the environment is unsuitable for the service upon arrival (unclean, unsafe, etc.), the appointment will be canceled, and the deposit will not be refunded.
Timing and Arrival

The appointment time provided is an approximation. Please allow for a 1-2 hour window for the stylist’s arrival due to traffic, location, or other unforeseen factors.

Clients must be present and ready at the scheduled time. If the client is not available within 15 minutes of the stylist’s arrival, the appointment will be considered canceled, and the deposit will be forfeited.
Payment

Full payment, including the travel fee, is due at the conclusion of the service. Payment can be made via credit card or electronic payment methods.
Product Policies
Shipping: Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Shipping times vary depending on location. You will receive tracking information once your order is shipped.

Returns: Due to the nature of our hair products (loc kits, hair oils, mousse, etc.), all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. In such cases, contact us within three (3) days of receiving your order with a description and photo of the issue. We will review your claim and issue a replacement if approved.
Social Media & Privacy
By booking with Krowned by Kizzle, you are agreeing to the possibility of being photographed and/or videographed. You understand and agree that these photographs and videos may be used for marketing purposes, which may include but are not limited to, our website, social media platforms, promotional materials, and advertisements.
